Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order, the distance from our warehouse to your destination and the delivery method. Unlike a lot of e-commerce sites, Haamoda don't make a profit on shipping. The Price you are quoted is our price from Courier company including fuel surcharges and small handling fee. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items and also depending on the purchased product. You will be advised of any charges on product at the checkout time.
Haamoda does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code.
Haamoda will not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address listings. In such cases the customer will have to bear the reshipping charges.
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of placing an order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 3-4 weeks from the date of your order. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

DELAY IN DELIVERY:
If there is a delay in delivery caused due to any natural calamity, public holiday or any other unforeseen circumstance, Haamoda shall not refund, return, replace or exchange any order.

You have 7 days to return an item from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Items for return or exchange must arrive back to us in their original shipped condition with all original tags attached and original packaging and parts included.
Your item needs to have the receipt/ invoice or any proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returnedItem. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping for the product that purchased will be deducted from your refund. Only the cost of product will be refund.
